Bearing cable JTMH-95 is a supporting product for the suspension contact wire of electrified railway. It is mainly used to suspend the contact wire through the suspension string, which can carry a certain current to reduce the resistance of traction network and reduce voltage loss and energy consumption.

In the process of stranding, if the number of single wires is 7, single wires are not allowed to have joints.

In the process of stranding, if the number of single wires is greater than or equal to 19, single wires are allowed to have joints. In the same or the whole twisted wire, the distance between any two joints, the inner layer is not less than 15m, the outermost layer is not less than 200m, but the total number of joints not more than 3.

Cold pressure welding shall be used for the joints of single wire in the process of stranding. After welding, the joint should be polished and rounded so that its diameter is equal to the original diameter of a single line, and should not be bent.
